REPLACEMENT POLICY

If you purchased one of my sets of VHS framebuilding tapes from this web site or United Bicycle Supply and one or more of the tapes is defective, it will be replaced free of charge with a new VHS tape. Just peel off the spine label of the casette and mail it to me. Please e-mail me for my mailing address.

UPGRADE TO DVDS

If you purchased one of my sets of VHS framebuilding tapes from this site or United Bicycle Supply, you can upgrade to DVDs at the special low prices shown below. To upgrade, peel off the spine labels from your casettes and mail them to me along with a copy of your United receipt or your Paypal transaction number. Please include your payment with the spine labels. I will accept personal checks or postal money orders from US customers and prefer international money orders from anyone outside the US. Your DVDs will be sent via international air mail or priority mail at no extra charge. Please e-mail me for my mailing address.

IMPORTANT: After the upgrade, you will still only own ONE license of my videos. You may not sell or give away the old VHS tapes. You will be expected, on your honor, to erase or destroy the old VHS tapes after your DVDs arrive.
